We are lucky enough to have 45 acres of good grazing. The fields are regularly maintained and the horses are turned out as much as possible. Horses are all kept in the same turn out groups each day and mares are kept separate from geldings. In the summer we turn out at night. |

The hacking here is wonderful. In the dryer months we can go out the back gate, straight onto a bridle path that takes us right to the south downs with only one road to cross on the way. There are woods to ride through and quiet lanes to hack along to reach many other bridle paths. |

We have two good sized tack rooms, both of which are padlocked at all times. We have a separate rug storage space and a 24 hour security system with sensors linked to a computer. Everyone has 1 rug rack and 1 bridle peg provided as well as space for a storage trunk / tack box. |

Trailers & Horse Boxes |

Hilary lives on site in the converted barn with her two dogs. However we also have the mobile home where Becci lives providing extra security and supervision for the horses. When Hilary goes away she always employs a member of staff to house sit and keep an eye on the place. |
|
We do have space for trailers (or small horse boxes). The space is limited and there is an extra charge for this service. A key must be left with Hilary at all times in case anything needs to be moved at short notice. Trailers are left at your own risk and under your own insurance. |
